Mary B.

Hello! And thanks for stopping by! My name is Mary, and I am a traditional-style illustrator who has been illustrating children's books since 2014 for both self-publishing and traditionally published authors. My illustrations are in a soft, watercolor/gouache style with a whimsical and old-school feel, like that of the illustrations you might have grown up seeing in your favorite books. No AI is used in the creation of my art. It is all done by hand and with dedication to capturing the details of your story. I have worked with dozens of authors in helping them bring their stories to life and have worked on over 60 picture books so far in my career. In addition to creating the illustrations for your story, I can also provide a full self-publishing package, which includes formatting the cover and interior book designs for printing purposes at self-publishing sites such as Amazon's KDP, IngramSpark, Lulu, or wherever you decide to print. Not looking to get a book made? That's fine too! I've worked for companies and individuals creating product labels, rubber stamps, brochures, booklets, stickers, album covers, playing cards, and more. If you're just looking for a graphic designer, I'm here to help with that as well. Check out my portfolio to see my work!
