Anil T.

I help businesses remove repetitive work by designing custom workflow automation, production systems, and process driven tools that improve speed, consistency, and scalability. My background is in Adobe technologies including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, but most projects extend far beyond Adobe itself and involve the movement of information between people, files, spreadsheets, databases, APIs, and production systems. The objective is simple: identify manual work, understand why it exists, and replace it with reliable automation wherever it makes business sense. Over the last 12+ years on Upwork, I have worked with agencies, publishers, apparel companies, manufacturers, print businesses, marketing teams, and production departments to simplify complex workflows and reduce operational overhead. My work commonly involves: » Custom workflow automation » Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign plugins » Production and publishing systems » Data driven document and asset generation » CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, and database integrations » High volume batch processing » API integrations and business system connectivity » Custom business tools and utilities » Process analysis and workflow redesign » The technology itself is rarely the real challenge. Most inefficiencies come from processes that evolved over time and now depend heavily on manual effort, tribal knowledge, or repetitive decision making. My role is to understand the workflow, identify bottlenecks, and build systems that remove unnecessary steps while maintaining flexibility and control. Projects typically begin with workflow analysis rather than coding. Understanding the process first usually leads to simpler solutions, lower maintenance costs, and significantly better long term results. Clients value practical automation that works reliably in production environments and continues to deliver value long after implementation. Current profile highlights include: » Top Rated Plus freelancer » 100% Job Success score » 190+ completed projects » 3,000+ hours delivered » 15+ years on Upwork since 2010 Whether the requirement is an Adobe plugin, a production pipeline, a catalog generation system, a batch processing workflow, or a larger business automation initiative, my focus remains the same: reducing manual work, minimizing errors, and building systems that help teams operate more efficiently. If you have a workflow that feels slow, fragile, repetitive, or difficult to scale, feel free to reach out with an overview of the process. I am happy to review it and provide an honest assessment of what can realistically be automated and where the biggest gains are likely to come from.
