I never neglect an opportunity to learn. I have worked in the BPO industry for quite some time now and wanted to pave my way as a freelancer. My first BPO performed experience was as a technical and sales support. I also catered for sales and billing support. I handled different accounts, and one of those was being part of an online shop specialist where we are one checking the status of an order and updating clients. I was then endorsed as an E-mail and chat specialist. With these experience, it molded me to be confident in every way that I can be. I believe this new path will be challenging for me; however, it's worth the journey
