Talent Acquisition Executive

With 6 years recruitment experience - both pooling and processing candidates, I can say that I have gained traction on sharing my skills and knowledge with the talent acquisition. Included in my task that I do CV search and screening, conducting initial interviews and profiling as well. With my stint of running 7 years into the recruitment, I was able to formulate different initiatives and projects to increase the numbers of hires for the hiring needs that we have. We have been able to incentivize the efforts of employees to invite people to apply, and provide awesome prizes for the wonderful job they have done. In the process, I was able to get my certification as a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt, and was promoted as a supervisor for a recruitment team.
