Ana Kristina B.

I help growing organizations build the people, processes, and operational structure they need to scale well. My background spans People Operations and Chief of Staff–level exposure, allowing me to operate at both strategic and operational depth. I don’t just build HR systems; I support executive decision-making, anticipate organizational friction points, and design internal structures that scale. I bring a combination of foresight, critical thinking, and execution discipline — supporting leaders across people strategy, performance architecture, organizational design, project management, logistics planning, and high-trust executive initiatives. Having operated across government, corporate, and start-up environments, I understand both compliance realities and growth-stage agility. I’ve supported C-level leaders not only administratively, but strategically — aligning priorities, structuring initiatives, and ensuring that operational details support long-term direction. Core Areas of Contribution: • HR Foundation & Policy Structuring (PH context) • KPI & Performance Framework Design • Organizational Structure & Role Clarity • Executive Support at Strategic Level (Chief of Staff exposure) • Project & Initiative Management • Founder Alignment & Operational Foresight I am currently open to part-time, fractional, or embedded People & Operations leadership roles with growth-stage teams seeking structure without rigidity.
