Anjum M.

I help organizations ship AI agents, GIS platforms, and RFID/IoT systems that handle millions of transactions without breaking. Over the past 10+ years I've architected production systems for national defense agencies, government ministries, and global enterprises — environments where downtime, security gaps, and scaling failures aren't acceptable trade-offs. Selected outcomes (clients under NDA — specifics available on request after engagement): 🔹 National Navy — RFID Asset Management. Built a platform integrated with Oracle Fusion that processes 27M+ transactions across 1M+ assets globally. 99.9% uptime sustained over 6 years under defense-grade security requirements. 🔹 Major Gulf-Region Electronics Retailer — Retail Tech Stack. Delivered inventory, POS, RFID tracking, and exit-gate security as a single integrated system. 40% reduction in stock discrepancies, 60% faster checkout. 🔹 Government Interior Ministry — RTLS. Designed a Real-Time Location System with mobile apps and monitoring dashboards for secure chain-of-custody management, built to strict national security compliance standards. 🔹 World's Top-5 Ceramic Manufacturer — Industrial IoT. Built asset tracking using edge devices, cameras, and sensors across industrial operations. 70% reduction in asset search time. 🔹 B2B Security SaaS Platform — Scale & Cost Optimization. Led the technical transformation from startup to millions of concurrent users while cutting infrastructure cost by 60%. Grew the engineering team from 3 to 25+. 🔹 Enterprise AI Platforms. Delivered custom 3D GIS mapping solutions and autonomous RAG-powered chatbots integrated with secure enterprise databases — cutting manual processing time by 75% on complex workflows. Where I add the most value: AI & LLM systems — Autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, text-to-SQL over enterprise databases, LangChain, vector stores, prompt engineering, secure on-prem deployment. GIS & geospatial — 3D interactive mapping, real-time GPS tracking, routing, Mapbox GL, PostGIS, custom tile pipelines. RFID / IoT / RTLS — Real-time location systems, industrial-scale asset tracking, edge devices, sensor integration, RF signal processing. Enterprise integration — Oracle Fusion, SAP, ERP modernization, payment gateways, PCI compliance, banking APIs. Full-stack & mobile — Node.js (10+ yrs), React, Next.js, TypeScript, REST/GraphQL, React Native (iOS & Android). Cloud architecture — AWS, Azure, microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD. Cut cloud infrastructure bills 60–70% on multiple projects without sacrificing reliability. Databases — PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, vector databases for AI workloads. Beyond the code: I founded a software consultancy and scaled it from 0 to 15+ engineers, leading distributed teams across the UAE, Jordan, Pakistan, and Australia under agile delivery. I'm equally comfortable as a hands-on architect, a fractional CTO, or a technical lead embedded inside your team for a focused build. I've also conducted technology due-diligence and risk assessments for M&A transactions. How to engage: Most engagements start with a short discovery call so I can understand the problem before quoting anything. Whether you need an AI workflow built from scratch, a GIS or RFID platform architected end-to-end, or an honest second opinion on a system that isn't scaling — message me with a few sentences about the situation and we'll go from there.
