I would like to offer my skills and experience to your company. I have been with the call center company for 7 years and was working as a Team Manager or a Supervisor to one of the leading company in the Philippines. I've been a customer service representative, technical support and need base sales. I handled 20-21 agents mixed new hires and tenured agents. Each agents has different motivations , skills and techniques and I was able to work on it during our coaching session. I am doing call listening to my agents everyday and will have a real time coaching to correct critical behaviors on a call. I always highlight to my agents the benefits of real time coaching. I have a good command of English and I am able to create and hold good conversation with people. I am a team player ; I will easily blend people or to any environment. I can handle responsibilities with dedication and enthusiasm. I graduated in college with a course of Bachelor of science and Industrial Engineering. I am currently working as a Virtual Assistant into a real estate business in United Sates . I have experience using Podio , realeflow, as our CRM in tracking our leads. I am also doing cold calls for leads but seller and for our buyer. We are using CallRail for calling our leads/clients.
