Senior CAD & DFM Engineer | Manufacturing-Ready Design

I help companies take existing CAD designs and make them manufacturing-ready. Clients bring me in when a product already exists but needs to be cleaned up, validated, optimized for DFM, or clearly documented for suppliers and production teams. I typically work on products that are past the concept stage and require senior-level CAD refinement, design validation, and technical clarity before manufacturing or scale-up. I focus on well-defined, execution-driven projects where accuracy, clarity, and manufacturability matter. My goal is to reduce production risk, supplier confusion, and costly rework before manufacturing begins. I bring over 19 years of experience working with industrial and mechanical products in engineering-driven environments, including projects requiring high accuracy, traceability, and technical rigor.
