My experience includes: • Conducting in-depth research using LinkedIn, Google research, and online databases to identify contacts, donors, speakers, and key stakeholders • Managing and updating CRM systems, including Salesforce (NPSP) and DonorPerfect • Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining accurate databases and spreadsheets • Building surveys and forms (Jotform), and ensuring data flows correctly into CRM systems • Supporting evaluation efforts, including survey design, focus group coordination, and data collection • Writing reports, summaries, and content based on research findings and program outcomes • Providing administrative support, including document creation, data entry, and workflow organization • Assisting with outreach efforts, program coordination, and reporting I’m detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with large amounts of information while keeping everything accurate, clear, and actionable.
