My background is People Ops. I spent six years building HR systems, onboarding processes, and operational infrastructure at a tech startup that scaled globally and was eventually acquired. I now sit on an AI Adoption working group within the HR department at a large software company, focused on how a global organisation actually embeds AI into real work. What that background gives me is something most AI coaches don't have: I understand the workflows, the decisions, and the organisational context that non-technical professionals are trying to improve. I don't teach AI in the abstract. I help you figure out where it fits into what you actually do — and then build the habit of using it well. I work across the main AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot — and know them well enough to help you pick the right one for the right job. I understand the Claude ecosystem in particular depth: chat, Claude Code, MCP integrations, and how to build reusable systems rather than one-off prompts.
