I have been in The BPO industry for almost 8 years now, I started out as a Customer service representative for a U.S. Cable company. With the same company I was also able to handle technical and billing issues for our customers. With my next company, I handled collections and billing concerns for a third party client. Next one is with eBay as a Case analyst. We handled cases for the buyers and sellers. After handling different types of issues for different accounts. I decided to try sales and marketing for an Australian account. We do outbound cold calling. At first i struggled. But i got the hang of it after a couple of weeks. 8 years of experience handling different accounts, and talking to different nations, from the youngest to the elderly. I can say that i am very equipped with skills that i have learned.
