I am a mechanical engineer, specialized in production-oriented technologies and CAD documentation. Since 2015 I work in part and assembly production with technologies such as CAD, laser cutting, sheet metal forming, welding, CNC machining and surface protection. I have worked both on large scale projects like 2MW Pelton turbines and small scale like mechanisms for patented machines. My skills are: - 3D CAD : SolidWorks (over 8000 working hours, CSWP certified), Fusion 360, AutoCAD, OpenSCAD - 2D CAD : Drafting production ready drawings synchronized with the latest ISO standards - CNC : Programming 3 and 5 axis parts for milling and turning in SolidCam or Gcode by hand. - GD&T : Preparing and revising tolerances in documentation for part functionality and manufacturing costs. - QA : Preparing QA protocols and if needed, on site QA of parts (acording to all latest norm ISO 13920, 2768, 5817 ..) - 3D print: Preparing STL files for 3D print and physically printing and shipping parts. - Prototyping: I can produce all kind of parts and machines in my shop. - Outsourcing : I can help you outsource production to SE Europe and Turkey.
