Welcome! My name is Rolando. I have had more than 15 years worth of experience working in every aspect of customer service. I speak both English and Spanish and have had work experience in both languages. Lastly, I've worked for years as a freelance Graphic Designer, Digital Artist and Video Editor for a variety of tasks such as photo manipulation, logo design, YouTube and social media content creation, and many more.
