Chris G.
AI Implementation Consultant | Strategic Ops & Chief of Staff
Need AI to actually work inside your business, or a senior operator who can turn a founder’s priorities into execution? I diagnose the real problem, design the right workflow, and build practical systems your team can adopt and keep using. I work where strategy, operations, technology, and execution overlap. For more than 20 years, clients and employers have hired me for one problem and retained me for a much larger role: diagnosing what is really broken, identifying where the leverage is, and building the process, system, or tool that moves the business forward. My work generally falls into two closely related areas: AI IMPLEMENTATION & AUTOMATION I help founders and nontechnical teams determine where AI can create genuine value, then turn that opportunity into a practical workflow or working solution. My specialty is the translation and adoption layer: understanding the business problem, choosing the right tools, building the workflow, and making sure people can continue using it after the initial excitement wears off. This can include: • AI opportunity discovery and implementation planning • Workflow and process audits • AI-assisted automations and internal tools • Custom dashboards, reporting, and operational systems • Prototypes using OpenAI, Claude, local models, APIs, Zapier, Node.js, Python, and other practical tools • Documentation, training, and adoption support STRATEGIC OPERATIONS & FRACTIONAL CHIEF OF STAFF I also work directly with founders and leadership teams that need a senior generalist who can bring order to competing priorities and move important work across the finish line. This can include: • Turning founder priorities into executable projects • Cross-functional project and program management • Process design and operational improvement • Partnership, sponsor, and stakeholder management • Performance reporting and decision support • Vendor and technology evaluation • Crisis response and complex troubleshooting • Filling operational gaps that do not fit neatly into one department SELECTED PROOF • Built and currently operate an 18-service automation platform supporting a live weekly production, including dashboards, audience interactions, virtual economy infrastructure, reporting, and broadcast controls. • Built an AI-generated brand spokesperson and repeatable five-tool production pipeline for an employer, producing and deploying 24+ videos for announcements, contests, esports introductions, and broadcast interstitials. • Manage the strategy, technology, sponsor relations, partnerships, community operations, and production of a sponsor-backed live show normally requiring an entire team. • Negotiated and operate a co-presentation partnership with a 75/25 net revenue split and full intellectual-property ownership retained. • Managed a team of five through a major restructuring while maintaining programming output. • Helped generate more than $500,000 in additional annual revenue for an ecommerce client, scaled a home-services company from one crew to three, and produced a 3x visitor-to-subscriber conversion increase. • Built an unprompted diagnostic system at Verizon that reduced wrongful device replacements by approximately 30% where adopted, with projected savings of up to $30 million annually at company-wide scale. WHERE MY WEB EXPERIENCE FITS I have more than 20 years of experience with WordPress, Elementor, conversion optimization, technical troubleshooting, and digital strategy. That experience remains extremely useful when a website is part of a larger operational, automation, conversion, or systems problem. My best-fit web engagements involve complex troubleshooting, custom solutions, integrations, conversion strategy, or broader business objectives—not routine page production. One longtime client described the difference this way: “Chris is sharp, asks good questions and comes up with solutions that are going to help you, even if it means he will lose out on business. He really wants you to succeed.” If you have a messy operational problem, an AI initiative that needs to become real, or a founder with too many priorities and not enough execution capacity, let’s talk.
