ADHD Coach | Accountability, Habits, Lifestyle & Executive Function
I help adults with ADHD build a calmer, healthier, more structured life - without trying to turn them into someone they are not. If you have ADHD and constantly struggle with consistency, motivation, routines, food, exercise, focus, overstimulation, procrastination, or simply keeping your life together, I help you build systems that actually fit the way your brain works. I am not a generic life coach. My work is specifically focused on ADHD lifestyle coaching, accountability, habit building, executive function, healthy routines, nutrition, exercise, and creating a low-friction environment where good habits become easier to maintain. What I help with: ADHD can make simple things unnecessarily difficult. The problem is often not knowing WHAT you should do ā it is doing it consistently. Together, we work on practical systems for things such as: ⢠ADHD accountability and daily consistency ⢠Habit building and habit tracking ⢠Executive function and personal organization ⢠Morning and evening routines ⢠Exercise programs, including calisthenics and gym training ⢠Nutrition and building better eating habits ⢠Reducing excessive stimulation and impulsive habits ⢠Managing procrastination and task avoidance ⢠Sleep, daylight exposure and daily structure ⢠Creating realistic routines you can actually maintain ⢠Finding the balance between discipline and self-acceptance ⢠Building a simpler lifestyle with fewer unnecessary distractions ⢠Developing systems that reduce decision fatigue and mental overload I believe many people with ADHD are constantly surrounded by stimulation: phones, social media, junk food, endless entertainment, notifications, novelty and instant gratification. Then they wonder why ordinary life feels boring, difficult or impossible to stick to. My approach is often the opposite: we simplify. We reduce unnecessary stimulation, create structure, improve the physical environment, build healthier routines, move the body, improve nutrition, get outside, establish meaningful goals and create systems that make the right actions easier to repeat. Think of it as getting back to the basics ā sleep, sunlight, movement, food, structure, responsibility, meaningful goals and less noise. Not because ADHD needs to be "fixed", but because your environment and habits can either make ADHD much harder to manage or much easier to live with. I also use my own experience: I am not interested in pretending I have everything figured out. I have made plenty of mistakes. I have struggled with food, compulsive habits, motivation, consistency and being controlled by things that gave me short-term pleasure but made my life worse in the long run. At one point I weighed around 120 kg (~240#) and had a very unhealthy relationship with food. I eventually changed my lifestyle completely. That experience taught me something important: people rarely need more information. They need a practical system, accountability, experimentation and someone who can help them recognize what is actually working. That is what I bring to coaching. I openly share the mistakes I have made, the things I learned the hard way, and the strategies that helped me build a much more stable life. Long-term accountability, not a quick fix. I prefer working with people long-term. Some of my clients have stayed active with me for a year or more because ADHD coaching is not about completing a 30-day challenge and then going back to the old routine. It is about gradually building a life that feels sustainable. We figure out what works for YOU. You do not need a perfect morning routine. You do not need to become a productivity machine. You do not need to remove everything enjoyable from your life. And you do not need to become a completely different person. The goal is to keep the parts of yourself you like while reducing the chaos, compulsive behavior and unnecessary stimulation that keep you stuck. What working with me looks like: Depending on your needs, we can use daily accountability, habit tracking, routine building, progress reviews, nutrition guidance, exercise planning, mindset work and practical problem-solving. We can also use Upwork video calls when a situation is easier to solve face-to-face. My job is to help you turn vague intentions into concrete actions. Not: "I should exercise more." But: "Here is your training schedule, here is when you do it, and here is how we make sure you actually follow through." Not: "I need to eat better." But: "Here is a simple eating structure that fits your goals, preferences and lifestyle." Not: "I need to stop wasting my life." But: "Here is the environment, routine and accountability system we are going to build so that you stop relying on motivation alone." My philosophy: You do not need more chaos. You need a system. You do not need constant stimulation. You need enough meaningful stimulation. You do not need perfection. You need consistency. And you do.
