With over 10 years of experience I design digital products that solve the problems users face when trying to accomplish their goals. My approach combines business goals with data from user behaviour and usability testing so I can know what are the user needs and their pain points while they are using your product. Before I start, I will make sure to understand the audience I am addressing to and to think what problem it solve my design. But I also have to think why some potential clients will choose the product I am designing for, instead of competitor’s products. Opportunities for innovation and overall product improvements are what I am thinking about here. And I think this approach will help your business to grow and stand out from competitors. And also it helps your users to understand in a clear way what you’re offering to them, so this will increase their trust in your product or service. Anyway, this is what I think before when I try to work on something. So I don't just follow instructions and create what I am asked to create.
