Illustrator

I'm an artist, illustrator, author/illustrator and fine artist from St. Louis, Missouri. I have illustrated children's picture books, children's early readers and middle grade children's books in addition to writing and illustrating my own books.  You can view more of my art, illustrations and books on my website.   I have illustrated for the following publishers:  Pearson Educational Library, Clear Fork Publishing, Elk Lake Publishing, 4RV Publishing, Mascot Publishing, MacLaren-Cochrane Publishing, Brandylane Publishing, Upwork clients and private clients. I'm also a fine art artist with over 30 years' experience painting portraits, landscapes and seascapes in watercolor, pencil and oils for exhibition and private clients. Many of these paintings/drawings are shown on my website. My artistic style for illustrations can vary from realistic to whimsical.  Watercolor is my most used medium but I have experience with pencil, colored pencil, ink, acrylic, oil and digital. I also have experience designing and formatting children's and middle grade books. I use Adobe InDesign to select fonts, design the interior and cover of the book, and format the book.
