I'm a project manager and Certified ScrumMaster with 15+ years of experience delivering software and digital products. From 2017 to 2026 I worked at ArcTouch (part of WPP), a mobile and web agency. I ran accounts of US$500K to $3M for Fortune 500 clients in consumer goods, food and beverage, travel, e-commerce, and health and fitness. I wrote proposals and SOWs and led a team of 12 agile project managers. Metrics are how I keep delivery predictable. I taught my teams to track cycle time and throughput, set targets each sprint, and review them in retros. Engineering efficiency improved 70% in six months, and sprint delivery became something clients could plan around. I also use AI in the work itself. I built a tracker that reads Jira sprint data and meeting transcripts and flags schedule and budget risks early. I review everything AI writes for me, stories and reports included, before a client sees it. Since 2025 I've run my own Shopify print-on-demand store, with Printify for fulfillment, Klaviyo for email and Meta Ads for acquisition. I set up every integration myself. Eighteen Claude Code agents handle research and day-to-day operations, on about 10 to 15 hours a week. The store has taken over 200 orders, so I know Shopify as an owner, not only as a PM on someone else's build. Good fits for me: technical project management on web, mobile and e-commerce builds, and fractional Scrum Master work. I also take AI projects: planning and running the delivery of AI features, setting up Claude Code agent workflows for a team or a store, and building AI trackers and reports on top of Jira and other project data. I scope these from discovery to stories and tasks, and I put a human review step on every AI output. MBA in Project Management (based on the PMBOK) and a Bachelor in Computer Science.
