I'll discuss working off site since Upwork refuses to pay me
If you would like to work off-site so you don't have any extra fees, I am more than willing to do so. Due to the fact that upwork will not honor my identification, bank statements, bill statements, etc, all of which proves who I am, I am unable to accept any jobs here because I'm unable to get paid. There is money in my account that they will not pay and I can't risk losing more.
