Salesforce & Pardot Consultant

I am a 7x certified Salesforce & Pardot Consultant, specialized in Pardot implementations and Sales Cloud consultancy. I have 10+ years of experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud and 8 years of experience with Pardot (MCAE), gained first by working for a US based financial research and consultancy firm, administrating the Sales Cloud & Pardot instances as a sole administrator, before moving to a large IT consultancy firm based in Germany, working as a Salesforce Consultant and team manager and then taking over a team of Salesforce professionals at SIG Group. Experienced in both internal projects and client projects (with a focus on the automotive & manufacturing industry), as well as both solo-work and being part of a 20+ consultants team. Largest project was a $2M+ deal to implement Pardot, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud for a laser cutting machines industry leader, delivered while working as a consultant. My role was Marketing Stream Architect, taking the lead on the Pardot implementation and integration within all other platforms (both other Salesforce clouds and third-party platforms). Currently owning the Salesforce implementation + integrations for SIG Group (10k+ employees) and making sure that we are getting rid of all the technical debt accumulated over years of questionable configurations by external consultancies. Graduated an MSc in Marketing Strategies & Policies from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca (BBU), in 2015. Very proficient in spoken and written English. Due to my role as a team manager for over 10 years, I am also very keen on both verbal and written communication and I enjoy talking to people.
