First, I understand what you're trying to achieve, the users you're building for, and where the real bottleneck is. Then we decide which features actually matter, choose the simplest architecture that can support them, and build from there. For new products, I prefer getting the highest-value features into users' hands quickly instead of spending months building features nobody uses. For existing products, I can work with your current codebase, understand the architecture, improve what's already there, and introduce new functionality without unnecessarily rebuilding everything. My focus is always on building systems that are reliable, maintainable, scalable, secure, easy to extend, and designed around the actual business problem. Why Work With Me?
