Ajeet Y.

Hi, I'm Ajeet — a QA automation engineer with 14+ years building and leading test automation for companies ranging from Fortune 500 enterprises (Westpac Banking Group) to fast-moving startups. What I do best: Selenium WebDriver in Java and Python, Playwright in TypeScript and Python, and Katalon Studio (Certified Expert) — I build automation frameworks from scratch, not just write scripts. That includes framework architecture, CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), API testing (Postman, REST Assured), and BDD/TDD with Cucumber, TestNG, and JUnit. Recent work: - QA Automation Lead for an mHealth app — end-to-end framework and manual QA - Manual and automated QA for a GPT-based product - Katalon Studio automation and team knowledge transfer for a web application - 2,860 hours as QA Specialist on a long-running SaaS engagement (5.0 rating) Background: - Automation Architect/Lead at Westpac Banking Group (3+ years) — designed the automation framework, integrated it into CI/CD, and led release testing for the team - Automation Lead at Virtusa — built automation strategy and infrastructure across web, API, and mobile - 6 years combined as QA Analyst and Scrum Master, so I'm comfortable working directly with product and engineering, not just handing off bug reports I usually respond within a few hours, and I like to start with a short call or a small paid trial task so we can confirm fit before committing to a bigger scope. Let's talk about what you're testing. Ajeet
