LICENSED PROPERTIES AND BRAND DEVELOPMENT Expertise in licensed kid's merchandise design and presentation pitches, having worked with Disney, Nickelodeon, Mattel, Marvel, Hasbro, Sesame Street Sanrio etc and can help clients develop their own lines and brand identity through character creation, original artwork, logos and packaging design. (Please note I am a designer not a business or marketing strategist and am in not in the business of helping clients connect with new customers or licensors). WHY ME? Whether you are an established manufacturing company or a start-up on a learning curve, my experience of working directly with buyers and mass market retailers means I not only have a keen sense of what is appealing and commercial, but can help you avoid design decisions that would be costly or impractical to produce. If I see a way to add value your idea or can guide you away from costly mistakes I will offer solutions that still deliver your vision in the most efficient way. (I have 'rescued' many projects after clients wasted money on less experienced designers whose work was unusable). My reputation for being friendly, calm and communicative (and even fun!) to work with, puts clients at ease. They know they can come to me for a variety of changing design needs or even just use me as a consultant to brainstorm potential ideas with. If you feel you would benefit from experienced creative help that doesn't just produce top-notch sellable designs, but supports you with planning your line, I can help guide you through your brief.
