I am a CBAP and CBDA certified professional skilled at providing business system support to a wide variety of users. I am also ITIL Foundations Certified. I have 20+ years’ experience providing support for various accounting systems - Quickbooks (QBO ProAdvisor), Acumatica (ERP), Entero, JD Edwards (ERP), Qbyte, OpenInvoice, SAP (ERP), VIM (OpenText), JibLink; as well as 25+ years experience in the oil and gas industry. This experience includes business analysis activities involved in several large and small system implementations including documenting business requirements, data conversion activities, user acceptance testing and training new users. I have a strong understanding of the business processes that these systems will support - including areas such as Midstream & Marketing accounting, NGL accounting, Upstream & International accounting. I also have small system implementation experience from Acumatica to QBO - as well as many years of reporting projects using SQL, Power BI and Excel.
