I build automations and internal systems for businesses that are dealing with a lot of operational work across multiple platforms. Most of the requests I handle are not simple Zapier-style automations, and there’s usually already a stack of tools in place, but the team is still moving data manually between systems, fixing mismatched information, chasing updates, exporting reports, handling approvals manually, or relying on people to keep processes together. I work a lot with n8n, APIs, AI workflows, Monday, Airtable, Shopify, Google Sheets, Supabase, CRMs, Typeform, reporting systems, and custom internal tooling. One of my recent projects included large data processing workflows between external platforms, automated reporting systems, AI-assisted admin workflows, internal approval and onboarding systems, media and document processing pipelines, reward/payment workflows, and operational dashboards pulling data from multiple sources. A big part is figuring out how the business operates day to day, then building workflows to reduce manual coordination and make the operations side run properly without adding more overhead to the team.
