I am highly efficient in customer service data management-related work. I had worked as a customer service representative since 2011 handling customers from online Marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, etc., and experience with Customer service work for Telco companies such as T-mobile, Verizon, and AT&T specializing in customer service, technical support, customer retention, and billing. As a Virtual Assistant, I was able to manage Shopify store and have experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Comm100 where I was able to interact with customers and solve their inquiries about the product, status of their order, manage tickets and handle the comments on their social media pages. These experiences I had makes me more suitable to work with you since I already have the idea of how it is to be working over the phone, chat, or email.
