I am well-versed with data sources like Neighborhood Scout, FRED, BLS, FEMA, etc. used in evaluating a sub-market/location. I have also worked with multiple underwriting excel models and understand the nuances of various models as well as how the numbers flow through the various calculations. Working as a real estate analyst, I have developed a solid understanding of real estate partnership structures including promoted interest, catch-up, clawbacks, and various waterfall models. I can also model waterfall structures in Excel based on the Partnership/Operating agreement conditions. As an analyst, I can create investor memos, investor presentations, and content for offering memorandums. I can also write content and blogs for investors.
