I fix and build e-learning that has to run inside a real LMS. I have done this work since 2000. Send me the SCORM course that stopped tracking in your LMS, or the learning platform the last developer left half done. Most of my clients are UN agencies, international organisations and corporate L&D teams. Some recent work: - UNECE SITCIN platform (2025 to 2026). I took over an unstable Drupal 8 site, upgraded it in stages to Drupal 11, redesigned the public pages, fixed the focal point workflow and expanded the indicators from 215 to 350 and localised them into French and Russian. - Advanced Learning Company, Riyadh (2020). Learning Technology Lead and Solution Architect for a bilingual K-12 platform on Open edX, built with EPAM. It was on production about 3.5 months after the build started. It shows how I work on the client side with a large build partner: scope, requirements, content and go-live. - OSCE (2016 to now). Courses in Storyline, Rise and Open edX, in English and Russian. - UNECE SITCIN course (2021 to 2022). One course, three SCORM packages: English, French and Russian. - Earlier: KPMG, Clarksons and CBRE in London. Storyline, Captivate and iSpring builds, video, and LMS rollouts. On system rollouts at KPMG and CBRE I worked inside the change team: training needs analysis, role-based curricula, and training timed with the communications plan. My main AI work is building practical Copilot agents and workflows for L&D teams, learning teams and subject matter experts (SMEs), turning their day-to-day processes into semi-automated workflows. Using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot, I package a team's processes, skills and knowledge into role-specific agents, link them with Copilot Pages and Notebooks, then train people hands-on to use them in their real daily work. AI is part of my daily production work, and I build my own small tools with it. One is a SCORM editor that changes a published Rise or SCORM course when the source file is gone. Sometimes AI is the wrong answer for a course, and I will say so. How I work: a written scope before I start, a fixed price when the scope is clear, and you own everything I make, including source files. English and Lithuanian at native level, and Russian I review myself.
