Tinu U.
AI Integration & Automation Engineer | Document AI, CRM, WhatsApp
I automate the repetitive work that eats your team's week: documents, data entry, lead follow-up, and the gaps between the tools you already pay for. I build each automation to keep working when nobody is watching, and to tell you when it stops. The same kind of system runs my own two-city virtual-office business in Mumbai and Kochi. Its staff use the CRM lead desk, WhatsApp alerts, document generation, renewals tracking and email monitoring I built, every working day. WHAT I BUILD Document AI. Pull structured data out of scans, PDFs and forms with an LLM, score its confidence, and send anything uncertain to a person before it touches your records. Then generate the outgoing paperwork automatically. One pipeline cut about 25 minutes of manual drafting per document to a 2-minute review-and-approve step. CRM and lead workflows. Enquiries from web forms, email and WhatsApp land in your CRM with an owner and a scheduled follow-up, so nothing is lost because someone was busy or on leave. API integrations. I connect the tools you already pay for, such as CRMs, Google Sheets and Drive, email, telephony and WhatsApp, with webhooks, scheduled syncs and reconciliation jobs that catch the records two systems disagree on. Monitoring. Health checks, backup routes and alerts for the automations your business depends on, so you hear about a problem before your customers do. Websites. Most of my 30 completed Upwork jobs were Squarespace and WordPress builds, migrations and fixes. HOW I WORK - Fixed-price milestones, starting small, so you see working results before you commit to more. - I build with AI-assisted tools (Claude Code), with an independent AI review at every milestone, then test on real data and check the result myself before you see it. You get faster delivery, with an engineer accountable for the outcome. If your project can't use cloud AI services, tell me first and I'll say so honestly. - I build the failure path along with the happy path: retries, de-duplication, human approval steps, rollback, and an alert when something stops. - Documentation good enough that another developer could take over, including if that developer isn't me. - Client work has its own hours: 3pm-11pm India time (UTC+5:30), Monday to Friday, which covers the UK working day and US Eastern mornings. I reply within 8 hours on working days. Background: B.Tech Computer Science. Pega developer and trainer for enterprise BPM. Tell me what you want to automate and which tools are involved. I'll reply with whether it's worth building, a fixed price for the first milestone, and what I'd need from you.
