I bring a wealth of information and experience to each project. After more than 20 years working in retail advertising and handling several positions: proofreader, print buyer, media manager, broadcast & web writer, and copy manager, I decided to go freelance about 17 years ago. I relish the challenge of working on different projects for multiple clients and consistently bringing new life to stale ideas. I enjoy educating the reader, making him/her laugh, or simply making something that could be boring and lifeless into copy that intrigues and is easily understood. With my retail background I am consistently focused on selling whether that means a product, an idea, or a way of life. One quality that makes me different from many other people is that I am as adept at scrutinizing the details (composing indices for 300+ page catalogs by hand, proofreading/editing, or being responsible for a multi-million dollar budget) as I am at being creative. That means I work equally well whether given tight parameters or let loose to run through the fields of my imagination and have a chat with the voices in my head. I ensure that the customer is happy with the final product and I strive to do the best job possible, be on point, and on time.
