I'm a technical project manager and solutions engineer for integration projects: the person who turns a business goal and a set of existing systems (core banking, payments, booking, CRM) into a delivery plan a dev team can actually execute. When an integration project runs over budget, the cause usually sits upstream of the code. Nobody translated the business goal into an architecture the team could ship, and by the time that's clear, the money is spent. I close that gap.
