As a Compliance and Fraud Supervisor, I can work with minimum supervision. My scope of support includes but not limited to the following: Detects and prevents fraud through risk assessment. Ensures that internal controls are in place and results are reported to the stakeholders in a timely manner. Communicates internal controls to employees/ business owners. Monitors compliance rate of the internal control audits being conducted. Provides sanctions to repeat offenders. Provides recommendations to business owners and follow up on the Management Action Plan. Ensures that action plans are working by conducting audit tests Checks the Assessors' documents for accuracy and reliability of the report. Provides reasonable assurance to the business owners based from the test results. I am a team player, hard working, and willing to learn new things.
