Brian W.

Hi, I'm Brian. I've built, optimized, and modified digital business systems that have produced billions of dollars, over the past 20 years. As a company, collectively, we've spent 71,000+ working hours helping over 500 companies increase their online revenue and digital presence - including companies like Honey Baked Ham, General Tools, Naked Wardrobe, Creative Memories, Garden Weasel, and Tachikara. I've work with most major CMS including WordPress, Magento, and Shopify, and utilize the latest cutting-edge tools (AI, Make, Zapier, N8N, OpenClaw, and Node) What you get working with me: ☑ Easy communication. No more "Oops sorry I don't understand" or mix up due to translation problems. Schedule a call with me any time to go over any new tasks or upcoming projects. ☑ Safe and Secure. 3rd world developers may not be who they say they are. They will use Upwork jobs to get onto your server/system and install malware and credit card siphoning programming. My identify is verified and I've been a trusted member of the Wordpress/Magento eco-system since 2007. ☑ Enterprise level ticket system. I utilize one of the top support/work flow ticket systems in the industry. You will be able to easily create new support tickets/issues with me and have your problem handled efficiently. ☑ Integration with our private GIT repository. This means that all work that is not ideal to be performed in the live admin (the majority of development work) will occur on a local development copy. All modifications are recorded in our GIT versioning system for a full history and clarity regarding changes made throughout the life of our business relationship. ☑ Full development process. Each issue/task goes through a comprehensive workflow that includes: Investigation and clarification, Development process, Quality Assurance review, Code Review, and Deployment.
