Allow me to introduce myself: I am a born and raised prairie girl who now resides in the city, though I would love to find my way back to the farm eventually. I am a University of Regina graduate with a Diploma in Liberal Arts, with a major in History, which sounds like an odd way to become a writer. History was a progression that started with a natural interest and led to a lifelong passion. I found that through long hours of research and many meticulous papers, my writing skills were honed. Upon graduation I was fortunate enough to find work in various jobs which allowed me to use my natural skills and pursue the passions I love. Soon I found my love of freelancing, and here I am on Upwork. Writing has always been my passion. Creative writing, editing, proofreading, resume writing, blogging; you name it, I love it. I love working with people, am easy going, reliable, and I always meet my deadlines. Every job, no matter how large or small, is important to me. I am new to Upwork, but have a ton of experience in the workplace. I love a varied environment and my previous jobs have included: blogger, novelist, children’s author, proof reader, editor, graphic designer, website designer, and photographer. My interests are as varied as my skillset. I love music, art (I tend to try and claim I can paint), yoga, fishing, crafting, and reading.
