The architecture may have become difficult to maintain, the codebase may have accumulated technical debt, or the original technology decisions may no longer fit where the product is going. In those situations, I can review the existing application, codebase, APIs and architecture and give you a clear recommendation: Improve it. Restructure it. Or rebuild it. If a rebuild is the right path, I can take ownership of that process rather than simply continuing to patch the existing system. HOW I WORK I don't start development simply because there is a list of screens. First, I understand: • What the product needs to achieve • How users will interact with it • The business rules behind the product • Existing technical constraints • Integrations and third-party dependencies • What needs to scale later Then I define the architecture, development phases and technical approach before implementation begins. The goal isn't just to launch something that works. It's to build a foundation that won't become the next problem.
