I've often been the go-to person for senior leaders, getting their vision structured and organised on paper into clear, actionable plans, roadmaps and presentations. 🔹 AI and automation, done sensibly. Not every business needs AI, and many aren't ready for it yet. I help you understand your processes first, find what can realistically be automated or handed to AI, and only then put it in place safely, with your team on board.
