Tetiana K.

I’m a Lead / Principal Product UX Designer with 11+ years of experience designing complex enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, and AI-powered products. I specialize in turning messy requirements, technical constraints, and fragmented workflows into clear, scalable product experiences that engineers can build and users can understand. Most of my work focuses on: - Enterprise & B2B platforms - Complex dashboards and multi-step workflows - AI platforms (automation, copilots, conversational interfaces) I’ve worked on long-term products (3–6+ years), owning UX across the full lifecycle — from discovery and system design to iteration at scale — in close collaboration with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders. What I’m strongest at: - Designing complex dashboards and operational workflows - Structuring information architecture for large, role-based systems - Aligning UX decisions with engineering and business constraints - Leading UX on products that evolve over years, not weeks AI: I design and ship AI-driven experiences, including: - UX/UI for AI automation platforms - Conversational and ChatGPT-like interfaces - Workflow design around AI systems and agents I use AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Lovable, Midjourney, Kling) both professionally and creatively. I also won 3rd place in an AI Design Awards competition (Architecture & Interior Design) and run an AI design Instagram project: @ai.perfect.world. How I work: - Strategic, product-focused thinking - Clear communication with engineering teams - Ownership mindset — I don’t just design screens; I help shape systems If you’re building or scaling a complex product and need a designer who can handle ambiguity in a structured and reliable way, I’m a good fit.
