I am a box of chocolates! Like a dark chocolate, I possess a deep passion in motivating and inspiring people. I simply love the thought and the act of sharing knowledge, skills and positive values to learners. I am in the Customer Service and Training ministry for 17 years now. Similar to a white chocolate, I am a product of a wonderful blend of artistry, innovation and dedication. I learned the value of multi tasking when I worked as a Secretary of a National Organization. Undeniably, my Customer Service and Leadership skills were honed as I handled various positions such as Technical Support Representative, Quality Assurance Specialist and Team Leader in the Business Process Outsourcing arena. I also embraced my mission for a cleaner environment as I serve as a volunteer for SWEEP Movement here in our locality, an organization that conducts Coastal Clean up and Waste Audit. On the side, I also write and sing for a cause. Indeed, like chocolates - I will remain vibrant and rich for learning!
