$500K+ earned on Upwork | 239 projects | 13,000+ hours | 100% Job Success | Top Rated since 2014 Clients tag me "Committed to Quality" 65 times and "Collaborative" 35 times. That is the pattern: I deliver, and I stay. I am CTO at 7Fridays, a Top Rated Plus agency with 32,000+ Upwork hours. I personally lead WordPress and Next.js builds for brands that cannot afford to lose rankings, speed, or revenue during a redesign. Several of my clients have worked with me over 7 years. WHAT I DO BEST 1. SEO-safe redesigns and migrations Full URL map, clean 301 redirects, schema markup, Core Web Vitals compliance. Sites I maintain hold 100K+ monthly organic visits after rebuilds (Technical Writer HQ, HR University, Urban Fonts, Product HQ). 2. Fast, scalable architecture WordPress, WooCommerce, or headless WordPress + Next.js, tuned to 90+ PageSpeed. Examples: a travel platform with membership, Stripe, and a custom API layer (Strawberry Tours), a franchise multisite with custom booking (Casago), a four-country ecommerce set on one REST API (Streamline Bath), six Next.js + WordPress portals for the Nordic market. 3. Figma to production, pixel-accurate Multilingual (WPML), Gutenberg-native, no page-builder bloat. I ship what the designer drew, and I can design in Figma myself when the brief needs it. 4. Payments and integrations Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ERP and CRM connections, IDX real-estate feeds, booking engines, configurators, multistep forms, custom WooCommerce plugins. 5. Hosting and performance Migrations and server setup on AWS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, and WP Engine. Security hardening, staging workflows, monitoring. WHY I AM FASTER THAN MY RATE SUGGESTS I built my own AI agent for WordPress, Fabrement. It generates Gutenberg blocks, headers, footers, and full pages from a Figma file, a screenshot, or a text brief, following the site's design system. In practice, a Figma-to-WordPress build that took two weeks now takes days, and maintenance changes ship the same day. Every generated block goes through my review and the same QA as hand-written code. You pay for senior judgment, not for typing. HOW WE WORK • You get me, not a rotating team. My agency backs me up on design and QA when a project needs it. • Fixed scope, fixed estimate, weekly demo. No surprises on the invoice. • Reply within a few hours, Monday to Friday, European time. Send me your site URL and what is not working. I will reply with a short diagnosis and a plan before you spend a dollar.
