Property Manager, I am accountable for post accounting transactions with GAAP Accounting Standards, Reconcile Bank accounts, preparing monthly financials such as Income Statements (P&L), Balance sheet, Trial Balance, and General Ledger, processing bi-weekly payroll cheques for maintenance workers, preparing financial analysis reports on Aged Receivable analysis, Payable Analysis reports for Vendor payments using several accounting software Intuit Quickbooks, Appfolio, Buildium and MS Office applications.
