Dmitrii B.

Hi, I'm Dmitry. I bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. As a Fractional CTO and Technical Project Manager with 15+ years of experience, I don't just build software—I build and lead distributed remote teams (developers, data engineers, QA, designers) to deliver complex, high-load platforms. I founded and run a technical agency that has successfully delivered over 300 projects for enterprise clients like Xerox, Stanley Black & Decker, and Adidas, as well as scaling fast-growing platforms like Truity to over 2M monthly users. My approach is dead simple: understand the real business problem, design a scalable architecture, and deliver working products without unnecessary complexity or endless meetings. 🔥 Core Expertise: - Technical Leadership: Fractional CTO, Agile project management, cross-timezone team coordination (Americas ↔ EU ↔ Asia). - AI & Machine Learning: Practical AI integration, LLMs (OpenAI, OpenRouter), voice cloning (RVC), computer vision (YOLO, TensorFlow), and building custom AI SaaS products. - Data & Infrastructure: Complex data processing pipelines, SQL, AWS, database optimization, and digital marketing tech (GTM, GA4, Google Ads). - Architecture: System design, REST/GraphQL API integrations, and performance optimization for mission-critical systems. I am based in Bergamo, Italy (CET), which provides the perfect daily overlap to manage teams and stakeholders across the US and Asia-Pacific. Beyond tech, I hold an M.A. in Computer Science (currently finalizing my PhD in distributed systems). When I'm not solving technical puzzles, I bring the same discipline and creativity to my work as a fitness coach and musician. Looking for a technical leader to turn your complex challenge into a working product? Let's talk.
