Radovan S.

I help founders and teams turn complex product ideas into reliable, usable software. With 8+ years in full-stack development, technical leadership, and product management, I connect hands-on engineering with the decisions that move a product forward. Whether you need to build an MVP, improve a data-heavy React application, or bring technical direction to an existing product, I can help you define the next step and deliver it. What I bring to your project: • Full-stack delivery with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS • Frontend architecture and React performance optimization • Data-heavy interfaces, custom AG Grid workflows, and CRM development • Product discovery, roadmap planning, and practical technical trade-offs • Technical leadership and coordination across engineering teams Recent experience: • Elredo: Product Engineer responsible for roadmap and product direction; also served as Interim CTO supporting development and production. • Freevision: owned frontend architecture for a large, data-heavy CRM, optimized React rendering, and implemented a heavily customized AG Grid solution. Partnered directly with clients to balance cost, performance, and usability. • Sudolabs: Tech Lead and Product Manager for US-market startups, owning delivery across international engineering teams and partnering with clients on architecture and priorities. • Daytrip: built frontend and backend features with Next.js and NestJS for customer-facing and internal applications. Core stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL, Apollo Client, MongoDB, and Tailwind CSS. I also bring experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and agentic development tools. I care about understanding the people using a product and the business behind it. Expect clear communication, thoughtful questions, and honest conversations about scope, cost, and engineering quality. I especially enjoy working with mission-driven businesses and social entrepreneurs. Tell me what you're building, where you're stuck, and what a successful outcome looks like. We can work out a practical path forward together.
