HubSpot CRM & RevOps Expert | Automation, Integrations & Optimization
HubSpot should make your team's job easier, not add another system to babysit. I've spent 7+ years inside HubSpot portals - CRM setup, sales and marketing automation, reporting, the works - and picked up 12 certifications along the way. But the certifications aren't the point. The point is: your CRM should match how your team actually works, not force your team to work around it. Most of the projects I take on fall into a few buckets: ⢠Getting HubSpot set up right - portal architecture, custom objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages, the stuff that's painful to fix later if it's wrong from day one. ⢠Automating sales and marketing - lead scoring, sequences, nurture workflows, sales/marketing alignment, so your team spends less time on repetitive follow-ups and more time on actual selling. ⢠Cleaning up messy portals - if your HubSpot has turned into a dumping ground of half-finished workflows and duplicate contacts, I can go in, figure out what's salvageable, and rebuild what isn't. ⢠Migrations and integrations - moving over from Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or connecting HubSpot to the other tools you already use (Zapier, Make, n8n, custom APIs). ⢠Reporting that's actually useful - dashboards your leadership team will look at, not ones that get built once and forgotten. I've worked across SaaS, B2B, healthcare, fintech, manufacturing, construction, and a few other industries, enough to know that the "best practice" playbook rarely fits every business the same way. If your HubSpot setup needs a second look, or you're starting from scratch, happy to jump on a call and talk through what you're dealing with.
