Shaun K.

I’m a hardworking, dedicated Excel and Google Sheets specialist with over 25 years of experience, including time at two leading financial institutions in the HR department where I built automated dashboards and reporting systems. These days, I run my own Excel/Google Sheets business, taking everything I learned in the corporate world and using it to help clients of all sizes. I love automating tasks in Excel with advanced formulas, functions, and VBA, and I’m equally comfortable in Google Sheets. A lot of my projects involve turning messy data into clean dashboards, interactive tools, and easy-to-share reports that clients can rely on every day. One thing that sets me apart is that I also use AI to complement my skills — it helps me work faster, brainstorm creative approaches, and catch things quicker. While I do not rely completely on AI to complete my work, it certainly has broadened my knowledge base and allows me to complete tasks quicker for clients and helps me with the more complex coding and automation with VBA automation and Google Sheets scripting. Clear communication is huge for me, so I keep clients updated daily and make sure projects stay on track from start to finish. My goal is simple: deliver something that not only works but feels like it was built just for you. Let’s connect and talk through what you need — I’d love to see if I’m the right fit for your project.
