I am a 32-year-old engineer born and based in Mexico, with over 9 years of continuous experience in the automotive sector, directly involved in product development. I began my career in design and engineering and later transitioned to providing support in engineering applications and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). Currently, I lead a team of 5 individuals in North America, offering support for the creation, management, and release of lighting and electronics products on the PLM platforms of OEMs, including Ford, GM, Stellantis, Toyota, Nissan, and Daimler. Leading a team has afforded me the exposure and network to understand the business better and the opportunity to be more agile in activities like IT and project management, negotiating with external services, and direct client interaction. I believe my professional and personal experiences in different parts of the world and with various cultures have helped me discover a vocation for technical support, people management, continuous learning in my usual activities. I enjoy researching and solving problems, understanding and connecting with the business and all the involved parties.
