Hey I'm Michał, and I'm your potential new employee, So here are few things you should know about me: I worked for over 8 years in IT field, mostly for Banking or Technology insdustries During that time I had opportunity to participate in many project on different positions which allow me to get that unique view on whole ITIL process My last positions were more focused on project management, including managing small teams of people to ensure quality of work and fulfill KPIs What you'll immediately notice while we talk is my drive to improve already existing, or create new necessary processes I focus heavily on automating tasks which can be automated to direct effort in most efficient way.
