Tabassum W.

Running a project shouldn’t feel chaotic or stressful, and that’s exactly where I come in. I help SaaS companies, startups, and tech teams bring structure to their projects, align teams, and actually deliver on time, without constant follow-ups, confusion, or last-minute surprises. With 10+ years of hands-on project management experience and certifications in PMP, Agile, and Google Project Management, I work closely with founders, product owners, and remote teams to turn ideas into well-executed outcomes. I’m not the kind of PM who just updates Jira boards, I focus on clarity, communication, and momentum. What I Help You With Agile & Scrum Project Management ● Sprint planning, backlog grooming & daily standups ● Scrum, Agile & hybrid workflows tailored to your team ● Jira setup, optimization & reporting ● Clear roadmaps and delivery timelines End-to-End Project Delivery ● Project kickoff → execution → launch ● Scope definition, task breakdown & prioritization ● Risk management, dependencies & delivery tracking ● On-time, on-budget execution PMO, Processes & Workflow Optimization ● SOP creation & workflow documentation ● Process improvement for scaling teams ● KPI tracking, dashboards & reporting ● Cross-team coordination & stakeholder alignment Remote Team & Stakeholder Management ● Managing developers, designers & QA teams ● Clear communication across time zones ● Founder-friendly reporting (no jargon, just clarity) Who I Usually Work With ● SaaS startups building or scaling their product ● Tech companies managing remote development teams ● Founders who want visibility without micromanaging ● Teams that need a PM who actually drives execution Why Clients Like Working With Me Clients choose me because I keep things simple, structured, and moving forward. I combine certifications with real-world delivery experience, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams, and focus on outcomes, not just process for the sake of process. → If something can be improved, I’ll suggest it. → If something is slowing the team down, I’ll fix it. → And if priorities change, I adapt quickly.
