Give EdOr, my AI editorial workbench, a rough idea, notes, research, source material, or an existing draft. CHATO & NERDO — AI MULTI-CHANNEL CHAT ASSISTANTS Turn the knowledge your organization already has into an AI assistant your audience can use through the interfaces they already know. Give Nerdo your website URL and email. It retrieves and organizes information about your company, products, services, marketing, and other available knowledge. Add the data sources and interfaces you already use — your website, documents, Slack, WhatsApp, email, internal systems, or mobile apps. Then Chato uses that knowledge to answer your audience's questions through those interfaces. You manage the system conversationally: review what it understands, improve answers, add knowledge, and connect new channels — without a separate AI dashboard. Background I founded FuturaHost in 1999 and started programming in 2001, doing systems work from the beginning: Linux infrastructure, kernel patching, automation in Perl and Bash, hosting systems, security, and remote operations. By 2003 I was managing a distributed development team, and by 2005 we were operating VPS infrastructure and remotely managed server systems well before cloud hosting became mainstream. I then spent about a decade working in visual communication and narrative, building and leading a presentation-design business. Since 2023 I've gone back to systems, with the same discipline infrastructure work always demanded.
