Personally, I have been intrigued by technology since I was a little kid, with my first video game system when I was five and the first family computer shortly thereafter. Professionally, technology has been my passion since 2015, starting with developing WordPress websites. Then learning to code and hand-making websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. More recently I have been focused on Systems Administration and IT support. I have certification for both web-development and IT Support. I attended General Assembly for front-end development to learn how to use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create websites, and also learned how to create with Bootstrap and JQuery. I recently received my certification in IT Support through a program with Google. Through that course I learned about networking, systems administration, and security. My areas of expertise include: setting up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for small businesses; Creating/maintaining Active Directory; maintaining Sharepoint sites and creating the correct permissions for users; general Windows support; printer support including setting up users for enterprise-level Konica printers; creating WordPress websites from a design; creating hand-coded websites from a design. I am also very customer service focused and I have been in customer-facing roles for the past twenty years. I believe that communication is very important and tend to treat my client’s business as if it were my own.
