How I work Every engagement starts with a short, paid discovery: a workshop, then a written scope and estimate you sign off before any build starts. I bill hourly against that estimate. If it takes me less time, you pay less, and nothing changes without your agreement. You work with me directly. If the project needs more people, I bring in senior specialists from my team, and you still deal with me.
